It’s unusual for me to break away from Barry M nail polishes, but this one by Seventeen in Boots caught my eye so I thought I would give it a try.
This was only £3.99 and works really well. Apply two layers to get the best possible result. The polish also lasts really well and I love the matte finish it leaves.
As I love my nail art pens, I thought I would add a little heart detail to accentuate one of my nails.
I would definitely recommend this one! Plus, Boots have a special 3 for 2 offer on some of the Seventeen products so I’m sure I’ll be heading down there again soon!
Seventeen Rock Hard Nail Effects
MUA Fluff and Cuddles is really easy to use. I watched the how to video first of all and gave it a try.
Apologies for the pink haze on my fingers. I took the picture as soon as I did it.
The base colour I used was a Barry M dark pink. The best way to use the fluff is by doing each finger separately. Do one coat of your base colour and roll it in the tub of fluff. Let this dry before brushing off the excess (something that I didn’t do the first time) as it creates a good coverage on the nail. Keep a makeup brush nearby, as this is a really helpful tool when it comes to getting rid of the excess fluff.
I am so happy today! My MUA (Makeup Academy) parcel has arrived and I can’t wait to try the new products that I have purchased. One thing I can’t wait to try is the fur effect nails. This is only £2…I repeat £2!!
I’ll report back soon about how I get on with it. In the meantime check out MUA’s how to video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TX7dUjjixMk
Hi there! I have created this blog to help inspire other nail art addicts with some creative ideas that are easy and simple to achieve. You’ll find that I like to be seasonal with my designs as well as quite random. I am also seriously in love with all forms of Barry M nail varnish and quickly become a user of the Accessorize range.
